How do I report a litterer?
Call KAB with the time, location, license plate, make of car and what was littered. We will turn them in to "Don’t Mess With Texas". Or you can do that all by clicking here.
What is “Don’t Mess with Texas”?
Don't Mess with Texas is the tough-talking litter prevention campaign sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The campaign reminds Texans to keep their trash in the car and off our roads.
Why do people litter?
Research by Keep America Beautiful found that people litter because they feel no sense of ownership, even though areas such as parks and beaches are public property, they believe someone else, a park maintenance or highway worker, will pick up after them or the litter has already accumulated.
What if I want to organize a neighborhood cleanup?
Call KAB and we will provide the trash bags and arrange for the trash to be picked up.
If I have a suggestion on how to beautify Abilene, who should I call?
Call KAB! We welcome all suggestions on how to keep our city clean and proud.
If my employer, group, club or school want to clean up a specific area, can KAB help us coordinate that?

Yes we do! We currently have all five editions. Past years are on sale for $15. 2008 Ornaments are on sale for $20.
Can KAB help get graffiti removed?
Yes, call us and we will work with the property owner to get it abated.
